Day 27 Apple 1
This apple was another Pink Lady and it was eaten on our way to Sam's Club to run some errands before work. I ate this apple while driving and again had the frustration of what to do with the apple core. I am very tempted to "recycle" it to the environment and throw it out the window in to the grassy area next to the road so an animal can eat it. I am not sure if it is considered littering or if it is acceptable to most people.

A friend challenged me to eat whatever I want for 30 days as long as I eat 3 apples a day. The friend claims just by doing this I will lose 10 pounds. Starting weight: 255 lbs Goal weight: 245 lbs
