Day 29 Apple 1
Happy 4th of July, I was hoping today would be the last day but I did not realize until a few days ago I actually started on 6/5/10 and will end tomorrow not today. It was slightly disappointing, okay it was really disappointing. I am so tired of apples and completely ready to be done with this. I ate this apple as I was arriving at work today. I only have five more apples to eat but it is still a lot left.

A friend challenged me to eat whatever I want for 30 days as long as I eat 3 apples a day. The friend claims just by doing this I will lose 10 pounds. Starting weight: 255 lbs Goal weight: 245 lbs
