Day 30 Apple 1
I ate this apple as soon as I woke up. I am so excited for it to be the final day fo the apple diet. The last three apples will be Pink Lady apples, which as I have said many times are my favorite.

A friend challenged me to eat whatever I want for 30 days as long as I eat 3 apples a day. The friend claims just by doing this I will lose 10 pounds. Starting weight: 255 lbs Goal weight: 245 lbs
