Day 27 Apple 3
I ate this apple prior to eating my leftover's from lunch for dinner. We ate lunch at Jason's deli where I got a Ruben sandwich, it was delicious. This Pink Lady apple went really well with the sandwich. I only have three days left and it could not come soon enough.

A friend challenged me to eat whatever I want for 30 days as long as I eat 3 apples a day. The friend claims just by doing this I will lose 10 pounds. Starting weight: 255 lbs Goal weight: 245 lbs
