Day 21 Apple 2
I ate this apple just before dinner where I had a Santa Fe Style Rice and Beans by Lean Cuisine. It was a good dinner and with the apple it filled me up.

A friend challenged me to eat whatever I want for 30 days as long as I eat 3 apples a day. The friend claims just by doing this I will lose 10 pounds. Starting weight: 255 lbs Goal weight: 245 lbs
