I just ate apple number three for the day. I am not looking forward to starting over tomorrow. This apple was also a Gala, much to my surprise. I guess I must have bought three Gala's instead of three Fuji apples this morning at Tom Thumb. All three of the apples today were good, but still not as good as a Pink Lady. This last apple was not as juicy as the others and therefore not quite as good. I think tomorrow will be a Granny Smith day, which is not very exciting. Hopefully this weekend I can get some different flavors of apples at the farmer's market in Carrollton.
